SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
At Ruby Hung Ltd. All sales are final. We do not currently offer returns or refunds.
However, we provide store credit for items that are faulty. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at commercial@rubyhung.com, and our fulfilment team will assist you.
Eligibility Criteria :
Store credit equivalent to the value of the purchase price is offered for items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, all items should be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed, and accompanied by all documents provided at the time of delivery. Please be aware that each item is uniquely handmade and cannot be exactly reproduced and subject to imperfections. Photographs detailing the item’s faults are required. Please email these photographs along with your order number as the subject of your email to commercial@rubyhung.com. Further instructions for the return process will be provided by our team. Products that are personalised, revised, or altered, as well as products that are damaged, unsealed, incomplete, or soiled, will not be eligible for store credits.
Please Note :
- Store credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they are issued.
- Store credits are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance. After this period, unused credits will expire and cannot be reclaimed.
- Store credits may not be redeemed for cash and must be used for purchases from RUBY HUNG LTD. only.
- The issuance of store credits is at the sole discretion of RUBY HUNG LTD. management and is based on the criteria outlined above.
Shipping / Customs Information
Shipping rates outside the UK do not include customs or import duties. These duties vary based on the value, material, and origin of the goods, and are determined by customs officials upon import. It is important to familiarise yourself with the duties and thresholds in your country. We are not liable for customs fees, holding times, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect shipping information provided. If you choose not to pay import taxes or duties and reject the parcel, no credits will be awarded.
Shipping Details
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be shipped on the next working day. Once an order is shipped, no changes such as sizing adjustments or alterations can be made. RUBY HUNG LTD. is not liable for shipping negligence; this is the responsibility of the shipping company.
