Shipping and Customs Information 

Shipping rates outside the UK do not include customs or import duties. These duties vary based on the value, material, and origin of the goods, and are determined by customs officials upon import. It is important to familiarise yourself with the duties and thresholds in your country.

We are not liable for customs fees, holding times, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect shipping information provided. If you choose not to pay import taxes or duties and reject the parcel, no credits will be awarded. 

Shipping Details 

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be shipped on the next working day. Once an order is shipped, no changes such as sizing adjustments or alterations can be made. RUBY HUNG Ltd is not liable for shipping negligence; this is the responsibility of the shipping company.
